Make a difference: Apply for a Starfish Mini-Grant! The time has arrived to consider talking with a colleague about collaborating on a Division 1-funded Starfish grant.
With these awards, Division 1 encourages its members to make a difference for children and youth with language impairments by providing seed money to assist with the funding of a research project to address evidence-based practice. This program also seeks to foster collaboration between academicians and practitioners by funding partnerships of this type.
For this funding cycle, the Division will award a total of $3,000 with an average award of $1,500. The deadline for submissions is October 15, 2005.
