How to Earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Please read each article and the continuing education (CE) questions. Complete two copies of the bubble sheet, evaluation form, and Continuing Education Participant Form with the course title (July 2004; Vol. 11, No. 2; Perspectives on Language Learning and Education) completed. Include a stamped self addressed envelope or your current email address if you want to be notified of the test results and return your CE forms by the deadline September 18,2004.
