This issue of the Division 1 Newsletter is my first and represents a minor change in the organization of the production of the Newsletter. Besides having a long-standing Associate Editor (Mona Griffer), each issue of the Newsletter will now regularly have a Guest Editor. The Guest Editor will have a special interest in a specific area within the scope of Language Learning and Education that will be the focus of a section of the Newsletter. He or she will be responsible for identifying and working with the authors of the articles and will perform the initial editing of the manuscripts. For now, the section of the Newsletter that is edited by the Guest Editor will be called Clinical Issues. If any affiliate has a better label for this section of the Newsletter, feel free to contact me or Mona Griffer with your suggestion. (You can find contact addresses for both of us at the end of my comments.)
